Despite taking a
first half lead, Newcastle's second string were beaten for the first time in
four outings this season, as a more experienced smoggy side came from behind to
win at The Riverside on Tuesday evening.
Young striker Wesley Ngo Baheng gave United the lead after 31 minutes when he
latched on to a Callum Morris cross from the right and headed home past 'keeper
Jason Steele for his fourth goal of the campaign.
The visitors lost their way in the second half though, with both Didier Digard
and Jonathan Grounds beating debutant United 'keeper Jak Alnwick from distance.
