We said

Tommy Craig said:

"I was pleased with the way they went about their jobs, though I thought we were sloppy at times in the first-half. We were much quicker in the second-half and there was a bit more purpose to our football.

"Lewis Guy was among the goals again. He's a bundle of energy, he was a lot of enthusiasm and is really good in deep areas behind the back four. He's always gets a chance and more often than not he'll end up with a goal."

Newcastle's Pontins league side recorded their best win of the season and a fourth consecutive victory, as a young Lincoln City were efficiently disposed of at Whitley Park on Thursday afternoon.

And striker Lewis Guy was on target twice to move to the top of the United scoring charts for this team, while midfielder Andy Ferrell got off the mark for the season with a pair.
